How many users do I need?

Every person who receives alerts or is rostered on-call in a schedule is a paid user.

How many alerts are included with my account?

Clients on our Basic package get 100 global SMS notifications and unlimited email and push notifications per user per month.

Those on our Enterprise package get unlimited global SMS, email and push notifications per user per month.

Can I pay monthly or annually?

Yes to both.  You choose whether you want to pay monthly or annually by credit card or bank transfer.

Is my data safe?

In a word yes.  Your data is held in complete isolation to other clients and is regularly backed up and restored to test data restoration procedures.

Which issue management tracking tools are already integrated?

Events can trigger incidents to be raised in separate issue management tracking tools. The state of integration to each issue management tool is as follows:
